All Pro Chukker products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it following the guidelines listed below for a prompt and courteous refund.
PAYMENT
All payment must be in US funds. Please confirm order prices and shipping and insurance costs by phone. Then pay by credit card, check, bank draft, money order or cashiers check. Allow time for personal checks to clear before shipment.
SHIPPING
Internet Orders: Order online with confidence through our secure server. Online orders are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week . Simply select the products you wish to receive and then follow the step-by-step directions. Most orders are processed on the same day as they are received. All orders are prcessed within 2 days
Normal Service: All domestic packages are sent via FEDEX or UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Remember UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are fully insured.
Foreign Orders & Shipments: Pro Chukker ships daily around the globe. All foreign shipments are sent FEDEX International. Local taxes and duties are collected at time of delivery. All shipments are fully insured.
Special Note About Orders Shipped Outside of the United States: Pro Chukker does not ship to all countries. In addition, we may request a photo copy of the front and back of your credit card, a photo copy of your drivers license, your billing address and a letter of authorization to charge the credit card provided.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All merchandise returned for refund or exchange should:
1) Be returned to us within 30 days of when you received it.
2) Be returned to us in the same condition it was when you received it.
3) Be shipped in a secure carton adequately taped and bound
4) All shipments must be sent prepaid and insured. Exchanges shall be shipped with postage prepaid.
5) Must include a copy of the original invoice and letter explaining the problem and instructions as to how you would like us to correct it. Please be sure to include you complete address and daytime phone number.

Please note we cannot accept items that are damaged, have been worn or washed, have had tags or labels removed or are not returned in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Pro Chukker reserves the right to refuse refund of any item which we deem to have not been returned in accordance with our return policy, which is held at our discretion.
